Be still
Listen

Breathe deeply
Stretch
Move slowly
Focus

And then
Begin
Be decisive
Be sure

But at the same time
Be flexible
Go with the flow
Ride the wave

Hope
Dream
Inspire
Wish

Fight when you need
Rest when you can
The one who does is a wise woman
Good advice you should heed

But
Not all advice is good
Don't just do
What people say you should

Think
Ponder
Weigh up
Move forward

Do things you love
Because you want to
Or at least
Because you need to

Don't let others
Force your hand
Choose for you
Or define you

Achievements matter
No matter how small
You matter
Even when you can't do it all

Love others
Support and encourage them
But most of all
Love yourself

Don't put yourself last
Put yourself first
Then when things change fast
You can cope with anything even the worst

Live life
Forgive yourself
Laugh often
You won't just be alive
This is how you thrive
